About the Role:  

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of People to join our dynamic team. This is a unique chance to build and lead our People function from the ground up, shaping the culture and talent strategy as we continue our rapid growth. As the first senior hire in this space, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of both Talent Acquisition and People Operations, building the foundations for long-term team growth, engagement, and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the full Talent Acquisition function – from employer branding to hiring processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-tier talent across key markets.
  • Build core HR infrastructure including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and people policies.
  • Select and implement the right HR tools and systems to support a growing distributed team.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on org design, culture, and people strategy.
  • Create a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven environment that evolves with the business.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in People & Talent roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or Head of People position.
  • Proven success scaling a startup or early growth organization
  • Strong grasp of both Talent Acquisition and People Operations – you’ve built systems that support scale.
  • Experience implementing and managing HR tech/tools (e.g. ATS, HRIS, performance platforms).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams.


Preferred:

  • Background in consulting, technology, or education sectors
